Hey guys, for everyone having issues with multiplayer. I have tried everything, and even downloading xfire, reinstalling CoD2, and also verifying cache data, but I pretty much found a solution how to join multiplayer games.
Program Files (x86) / Steam / steamapps / common / Call of Duty World at War. - you should also verify integrity of game files on steam, in case of any missing or corrupt files are leading to this problem. to do that; right click at WaW on steam library and select "properties". there go to "local files" tab and hit "verify integrity of game

I can connect to multiplayer just fine, however, Co-Op games (including co op campaign, Zombies, and custom zombies maps) do not work. I can neither join nor host a co-op game mode.
